Zuoxiao Zuzhou established the rock and roll group “No” in the early 1990′s. He was the lead singer, guitarist, violinist and song-writer for this group, and at the same time acted as a member of the first group of the avant-garde artist’s community “Beijing East Village”.

According to Zuoxiao artists are ordinary people doing an ordinary job, nothing more. “It’s funny when people treat artists like they are special. It’s even more funny when artists think they are really something.”
